01 Security

Your code doesn't live on our servers. It never has.

Zero Commit is built so that the only people who can touch your repository are you and the tools you already trust.

02 Where your code actually is

On your machine. In your GitHub. Nowhere else.

Your code stays on your machine or in your GitHub. Zero Commit reads from where you point it and stages changes there. We don't host your repository, and we don't need to.

03 Tokens, handled honestly

Two ways to work with your GitHub token.

Default

Tab-only

Your token stays in the browser tab. Close the tab, and it's gone. Nothing is written to disk, nothing is stored on a server. You re-paste it next session, and that's the trade.

Optional

Encrypted save

If you'd rather not re-paste it, you can save it encrypted and unlock it with a password only you hold. Convenience without giving up control of the credential.

04 What we don't claim

We're not going to tell you we catch every bad AI change.

We don't, and no tool does. What we do instead:

01

Keep AI changes off your main branch

By default, changes go to a dedicated branch and open as a pull request. A human reviews before anything merges.

02

Give you Turns

A wrong attempt doesn't become a commit you have to undo. Iterate on the working state, ship the version that's right.

03

Surface mismatches

Zero Commit checks what the model said it changed against what it can actually stage. Anything that doesn't line up gets flagged before it lands.

That's a workflow that makes mistakes visible and reversible. That's the honest promise.

05 The models you already trust

Your prompts stay between you and your provider.

Zero Commit doesn't proxy your prompts through its own model layer. Your LLM conversation stays between you and the provider you chose. Zero Commit starts working where the chat ends.

Security you can describe in one sentence.

Your code stays on your machine or in your GitHub. Nothing else has to be true.
